the JUDO
10-year-old boy decided to study judo despite the fact that he had lost his left arm in a devastating car accident.
The boy began lessons with an old Japanese judo master. The boy was doing well, so he couldn’t understand why, after three months of training the master had taught him only one move.
“Sensei,”(Teacher in Japanese) the boy finally said, “Shouldn’t I be learning more moves?” “This
is the only move you know, but this is the only move you’ll ever need to know,” the sensei replied. The boy began lessons with an old Japanese judo master. The boy was doing well, so he couldn’t understand why, after three months of training the master had taught him only one move.

Not quite understanding, but believing in his teacher, the boy kept training. Several months later, the sensei took the boy to his first tournament.
Surprising himself, the boy easily won his first two matches. The third match proved to be more difficult, but after some time, his opponent became impatient and charged; the boy deftly used his one move to win the match. Still amazed by his success, the boy was now in the finals.
This time, his opponent was bigger, stronger, and more experienced. For a while, the boy appeared to be overmatched. Concerned that the boy might get hurt, the referee called a time-out.
He was about to stop the match when the sensei intervened. “No,” the sensei insisted, “Let him continue.” Soon after the match resumed, his opponent made a critical mistake: he dropped his guard. Instantly, the boy used his move to pin him. The boy had won the match and the tournament.
He was the champion. On the way home, the boy and sensei reviewed every move in each and every match. Then the boy summoned the courage to ask what was really on his mind.
“Sensei, how did I win the tournament with only one move?”
“You won for two reasons,” the sensei answered.
“First, you’ve almost mastered one of the most difficult throws in all of judo.
And second, the only known defense for that move is for your opponent to grab your left arm.”
The boy’s biggest weakness had become his biggest strength.
Sometimes we feel that we have certain weaknesses and we blame Allah, the circumstances or ourselves for it but we never know that our weaknesses can become our strengths one day.
Each of us is special and important, so never think you have any weakness, never think of pride or pain, just live your life to its fullest and extract the best out of it!”
Doa
Bismillahirrahmanirrahim..
Sesungguhnya kami redha atas segala ketentuanMu Ya Allah..
Dan hanya Engkaulah Tuhan Yang Maha Mengetahui apa yang kami tidak ketahui..
-Amin Ya Rabbal'alamin-

Dont Judge Quickly
A man with his donkey carrying two sacks of wheat was on his way to the market. After a little while he was tired and they rested under a tree.
When he woke up from his nap he could not see the donkey and started searching for the donkey everywhere.
On the way he met a boy, he asked the boy,
“Have you seen my donkey?
” The boy asked,
“Is the donkey’s left eye blind, his right foot lame and is he carrying a load of wheat?”
The man was happy and said,
“Yes, exactly! Where have you seen it?”
the boy answered
“I haven’t seen it.”
This made the man very angry and he took the boy to the village chief for punishment.
The judge asked,
“Dear boy, if you had not seen at the donkey, how could you describe it?”
The boy answered,
“I saw the tracks of a donkey
and the right and left tracks were different from this I understood that the donkey that passed there was limping. And the grass on the right side of the road was eaten but the grass on the left was not. From that I understood that his left eye was blind. There were wheat seeds scattered on the ground and I understood that he must have been carrying a load of wheat.
The judge understood the boy’s cleverness and told the man to forgive the boy.
Moral :This story teaches us that we should not be quick to judge the people. :)

Promises
No two words can invoke as much hope and confidence as, "I promise." As children we are taught that promises are unbreakable pledges which cannot be defaulted on under any circumstances. But, as we grow older, the old ...adage of, "promises were meant to be broken," more often justifies the lack of commitment and follow-through placed behind these two words. Sometimes we forget that a promise, is like a pledge or a vow, and that it should be given only if we are absolutely sure that we can fulfill it.
As Muslims, our word should be our bond, and if we make promises, then we should also make sure that we keep them, for Allah says,
"...surely every promise shall be questioned about." [17:39]
How many times have we heard brothers and sisters who have just gotten married talk of the promises they have made to each other? She promises that she will always look her best when he's at home, that the house will be immaculate at all times and that she will be the model of obedience. He promises that he will help her maintain their home, help her with the children and that he will practically be the poster boy for "Great Husbands Inc."
If we revisit these very couples six-to-eight months later, we find a much different picture than the one painted only a few short months ago. We often find neither of them living up to the promises that they made, and this is usually the cause of much conflict and tension in many new marriages. Brothers and sisters, we must be careful to guard the promises we make to each other for Allah says, "whoever fulfills his promise and guards (against evil), surely Allah loves those who guard (against evil)." [3:76]
Broken promises in a marital relationship can lead to many problems.
When promises are broken, it breaks down the fragile walls of trust and confidence that must be maintained in order for the relationship to flourish. Sisters, if you promised that the dinner would be ready by the time he got home, then make sure that it is. Brothers, if you promised to cut the grass, then make sure you do that, before you go off to do something else. What may seem like a little thing to you, may be something quite big to someone else. By guarding our promises, we also guard the integrity of our relationships. This in turn fosters a more secure sense of reliability, trust and confidence, and serves to diffuse tensions and conflicts.
Allah says,
"They fulfill vows and fear a day the evil of which shall be spreading far and wide." [76:7]
Let us fulfill our vows with this fear in mind. Let us not forget that even though we are neglectful, our scribe angels are not. If a brother comes to you in the mosque and asks a favor of you, and you say yes, just because you said inshaAllah, that does not give you permission to break that verbal agreement. So many of us use inshaAllah, as a way to get out of implicit or explicit verbal agreements we have made with each other. Many of us use inshaAllah to say yes, when in our hearts we actually mean no. As Muslims, we are honour-bound to be truthful with each other, and we should always say what we mean, and mean what we say.
To no other group of individuals are broken promises more devastating, than to children. Children are like elephants, they almost never forget. If you promise a child something, they will remember that promise, even though they may not verbalize it to you. When a child knows that you are a person of your word, then it comes to trust and depend on you in a secure way. But, when a child finds out that you are not a person of your word, this can leave numerous hidden scars that can lead to a number of behavioral and disciplinary problems.
Abdullah said, " Lies are of no use in either seriousness or jest. Also, it is not right for someone to promise something to his/her child/children and then fail to fulfill that promise." Related by Abu Dawood.
By keeping our promises to our children, we are also teaching them the importance of honour and commitment. By keeping our word to them, they will in turn learn to keep promises made to us and to their peers. As parents, we must always remember that the old saying, "do as I say, not as I do," does not work. Children model themselves after behavior, and they will always do what they see their parents doing. By keeping our promises to our children, we also reinforce in them a sense of importance and belonging, and a knowledge that their feelings count too.
Allah says,
"And whatever alms you give or (whatever) vow you vow, surely Allah knows and the unjust shall have no helper." [2:270]
So, let us then not be among the unjust. Let us be always mindful of the vows and promises we make to each other, so that through them we can tighten the bonds that hold us together.

Dear Future Husband
Dear Future Husband.
I don’t want to be your girlfriend.
I just want to be the one you call your wife.
Your presence will give me happiness.
You’ll be my halal prince charming.
Riding your horse of Taqwa.
Holding onto the Quran in your right hand and the Sunnah in your left.
I hear you’re worth the wait, so I’ll wait Insha’Allah.
My heart belongs to Allah swt and only Him.
You’ll have to get lost in Him to find me and even then you’ll still have to rightfully become apart of my heart.
Only trough Him.
What I’m trying to say is that WE have to get lost in Him to find each other.
I hope you’re up for for the journey.
I know I am Alhamdulilah.

Let's save our prayers
our prayers connect us to the lord ” Allah ” that’s why we have to work hardly to keep this connection safe and pure
The Silent Bayaan (Sermon)
A member of a certain mosque, who previously had started attending the mosque to perform his Salaah (prayer), suddenly stopped attending. After a few weeks, the imam decided to visit him.
It was a chilly evening. The imam found the man alone at home, sitting before a blazing fire. Guessing the reason for his imam’s visit, the man welcomed him, led him to a comfortable chair near the fireplace…and waited.
The imam made himself at home but said nothing. In the grave silence, he contemplated the dance of the flames around the burning logs. After some minutes, the imam took the fire tongs, carefully picked up a brightly burning ember and placed it to one side of the hearth all alone, then he sat
back in his chair, still silent.
The host watched all this in quiet contemplation. As the one lone ember’s flame flickered and diminished, there was a momentary glow and then its fire was no more. Soon it was cold and dead.
Not a word had been spoken since the initial greeting. The imam glanced at his watch and realised it was time to leave. He slowly stood up, picked up the cold, dead ember and placed it back in the middle of the fire. Immediately it began to glow, once more with the light and warmth of the
burning coals around it.
As the imam reached the door to leave, his host said with a tear running down his cheek, ‘Shukran for your visit and especially for the firey sermon. I will be attending mosque again tomorrow starting with the Fajr Salaah, InshaAllah’.

Say, “This is my way; I invite to Allah with insight, I and those who follow me. And exalted is Allah ; and I am not of those who associate others with Him.” (Quran 12:108)
Our best Dawah (invitation to Islam) is our example. Our actions speak louder than words. We live in a world today, which tries to say too much with too little. Consequently, few listen. Sometimes the best bayaans (sermons) are the ones “given silently”.

The Rushing Doctor
A doctor entered the hospital in a hurry after being called in for an urgent surgery. He answered the call as soon as he could, changed his clothes & went directly to the surgery block.
He found the boy’s father pacing in the hall waiting for the doctor. On seeing him, the dad yelled, “Why did you take all this time to come? Don’t you know that my son’s life is in danger? Don’t you have any sense of responsibility?”
The doctor smiled & said, “I am sorry, I wasn’t in the hospital & I came as fast as I could after receiving the call. And now, I wish you’d calm down so that I can do my job.” The father replied, “Calm down?! What if your son was in this room right now; would you calm down? If your own son dies now what would you do?” said the father angrily.
The doctor smiled again & replied:
الَّذِينَ إِذَا أَصَابَتْهُم مُّصِيبَةٌ قَالُوا إِنَّا لِلَّهِ وَإِنَّا إِلَيْهِ رَاجِعُونَ“Who, when disaster strikes them, say, “Indeed we belong to Allah , and indeed to Him we will return.” (Quran 2:156)
Doctors cannot prolong lives. Go and do dua for your son, we will do our best by Allah’s Grace.” “Giving advices when you’re not concerned is always easy.” murmured the father.
The surgery took some hours after which the doctor went out happy. “Thank Allah your son is saved” Without waiting for the father’s reply the doctor rushed off down the corridor. As he hurried away he called back, “If you have any questions, please ask the nurse.”
“Why is he so arrogant? He couldn’t wait for a few minutes so that I ask about my son’s state” replied the father.
The nurse answered, tears coming down her face, “His son died yesterday in a road accident, he was at the burial ceremony when we called him for your son’s surgery. Please forgive him, he rushed off to finish burying his son.”
Moral: Never judge anyone’s state, because you never know how their life is & what they’re going through. Always believe in the best in people.
